1933-34 Covers to USA or Canada both with N.Z 1d Admiral tied by the "PITCAIRN ISLAND / N.Z POSTAL AGENCY" c.d.s, both superb, the cover to USA with an enclosed letter from Richard Edgar Christian concerning the use of N.Z stamps at Pitcairn, and the ownership of Easter Island. (2).

1948 Large registered wrapper from a parcel of handicrafts sent to England bearing KGVI 1/2d, 3d (faults), 8d and 1/- pair, some light staining but scarce.

1885 (Oct 29) Registered cover to London franked by two examples of both the 1d carmine-rose and 1884 4d on 6d surcharge paying the double rate of 10d, the four stamps applied close to each corner, each tied by the "A12" numeral with a St Kitts c.d.s, red Registered London datestamp and oval framed "R" all on the front. An exceptional use of 4d provisional surcharge, apparently commercial and exhibition quality. Photo on Page 197.

1972 Flowers issue designed by Sylvia Goaman, artist£s preliminary drawings in pencil mainly on tracing paper, one coloured (55), and a fine watercolour painting of the adopted design of the 30c on thick card. Also the artists research notes and correspondence with the Crown Agents. (56+).
