Cover flown on 15/MAY/1930 in the Latacunga-Ambato flight by military airplane, it arrived in Ambato on 15/MAY and from there it was carried by train to Guayaquil (arrival on 17/MAY), and then it was carried on the GUAYAQUIL - MARACAIBO flight (arrival on 3/JUN), and then it was carried to Caracas arriving on 8/JUN, very fine quality, attractive combination of flights!

Fantastic quality, the gum is as fresh as it was almost 120 years ago, great color, these strips are worthy of a great collection, so beautiful that they will please even the most demanding collector. Catalog value for 2 sets with hinge marks + 2 unmounted sets...

AIRPLANE CRASH: 16/DE/1935 Pittsburgh to Brazil, airmail cover sent by Pan American. The Sikorsky airplane, upon sea landing on December 20 in Port Of Spain, crashsed with a ship and sanked. Part of the mail could be recovered, to which the mark "ACCIDENT D´AVIATION" was applied, excellent and rare, not catalogued by Nierinck!

(4x 25c.) to be carried by the French mail to destination (probably by Mensageries Imperiales). For some reason, it was forwarded by the English mail office in B.Aires, and the cover arrived in...
