Fermín Boluarte, containing 260 soles in treasury bonds...", small opening defects, of little importance, rare!

Large part of a folded cover sent by steamship Nile from Glasgow to Lima in JUN/1876, on arrival on 1/JUL it received 10c. in postage dues (pair of Sc.J2) to pay the local rate (which was charged until Peru joined UPU in 1879), one of the postage due stamps was torn when the cover was opened, all the same interesting and very attractive piece, low start!
