A very rare entire and the Fleuron unusually struck on the front of the cover.

Mailed via British P.O. in Vera Cruz (Sept 4) and English Packet via London (Oct 2) and struck there with framed GB/1F 60c. Accountancy marking in black. Marked at upper left ´31´ (grams) and charged 40 decimes due on receipt.
