Mexico, 1872, 50c yellow, strip of four and two singles + 25c red, Tula. Cons 47-72, right pair in strip with watermark, all tied by oval "Franco, Tula" handstamps (Schatzkes 1693B) on courthouse wrapper front, F.-V.F., an extremely rare usage with this being the only known 50¢ usage from Tula, only 250 50¢ sent from consignment.

Mexico, 1872, 100c gray lilac, strip of three + 25c red, Tula. Cons 47-72, strip with full margins, canceled by clear "Franco, Tula" oval handstamps (Schatzkes 1693B) on courthouse cover front (few tears), F.-V.F., a rare and the only known usage of the 100c from Tula, with only 100 100c sent from consignment.

Mexico, 1882, 24c violet, without overprint, strip of four and pair. In combination on judiciary front with 1882, 3c Medallion pair + 1884, 10c Hidalgo from Puebla to Tecali making the $1.60 rate, tied by Puebla cds's with light eagle cachet handstamp, Very Fine, at the end of the issue and briefly the Juarez stamps were authorized to be used for domestic rates, a truly outstanding exhibition item.

Mexico, 1887-92, 1c-10p Numeral Issue, Deluxe Proof Set. Set of 14 values on India cut-to shape with security punch holes, included the unissued 1 and 2 peso values, Very Fine, only two complete sets are known to exist.

Mexico, 1892, 10c vermilion, Advertising Sheet and Envelope. Addressed to Mazatlan and canceled by 1894 Manzanillo cds, small flaws around die cut window, otherwise Very Fine, these were printed as a special order containing a printed flyer with many advertisements and an embossed image of the 10c, the envelope has a cut oval, the user would only pay 5c and the remaining 5c would be subsidized by the advertisers, a rare...

Mexico, 1892, 5p carmine. Block of 4, neat Mexico town cancels, natural s.e. at left, F.-V.F., the only known multiple of the 1892 5p carmine high value.

Mexico, 1895-98, 5c Mulitas perforation varieties. Five different unused (imperf, imperf between) in pairs. Includes Sc #247b, 261b, 272a, 283a and 283b, o.g., F.-V.F., these varieties happened as accidents in the printing process and therefore are very scarce and seldom offered.

Mexico, 1914, 20c Torreon. Position 66, tied on piece by Juarez town postmark, rich color and exceptional centering, Extremely Fine, a wonderful example of this rare key Torreon issue of which only 50 were printed, with 1977 MEPSI certificate.

Mexico, 1991 Texpex booklet. 9 complete unexploded booklets, five Type I "Bexar" covers and four Type II "Franqueado En Bexar" covers, with 150p Texpex overprint strip of 5 and 1000p Rotary strip of three, o.g., never hinged, Very Fine.

Mexico, 1856 First Issues Group. Of 15 selected first issue stamps, 3 covers and 2 fronts, included are Zongolica, Huejutla, Acapulco, Sayula, etc., handsome 8 reales unused, a 4r unused from Guadalajara and four emeralds with good margins.One front has six #2, and another a pair with a fancy Mapimi cancel in red, NF$ 760 for the singles not including the covers and fronts.

Group of 32 stamps including several 4 reales and one large margin 8 reales, Orizava #6, Tuxpan #6 from the direct shipment, beautiful Tabasco #8 with perfect cancel, Veracruz #9, Jalapa #9, and 3 splits on piece, including a quarter of 4 reales, bisect of 4r has a cert., NF $1,350.
