Lebanon. Registered cover sent by air mail at single rate letter and at double air mail rate (40P each 10 grams) from Beirut on 3 September 1955. Lebanon. Great ERROR on 1928 stamp board of sheet MNH: overprint of 1927 "Republique Libanaiese" and new value of 7½ Piastres black (Maury n 92) with new bilingual red overprint affixed at one time (Maury n 111 type). Only one sheet exist. VERY RARE.

Cover unsent with cancel Beyrouth RP 28/10/1929, franked with two tax due stamps overprinted. 1P (Maury T. n. 22A) and 2P on "SYRIE" tax due stamp overprinted "Republique Libanaise" bilingual in red. The second, was originated from the sheet of Syria tax due stamp overprinted by mistake with red bilingual "Republique Libanaise". RARE THE FIRST STAMP (Maury n T 22A), UNRECORDED THE SECOND. FOR BIG COLLECTOR.

Lebanon. 1928, 5 Piastres postage due, upper part with 15 stamps of the lower sheet of 25 (position 26/40), overprinted in one time bilingually "Republique Libanaise" in red. Of course, the block contains the tax due stamp with variety "Republique Libanaise" shorter, recorded by Maury as n 28a. CERTAINLY UNCOMMON.
