1900 and 1906 Covers handstamped oval framed "EXPRESS" and boxed "LATE FEE / PAID", the 1900 cover from Glasgow to Edinburgh franked 1/2d + 4d; the 1906 cover from Edinburgh to Southport franked KEVII 1 1/2d + 6d. Two fine and unusual express covers with late fees paid. (2).
