1895 Lined-Oval No Wmk Burelé Band Perf 12½,13 ½d green SG #223, bottom right corner rejoined horizontal block of 14 (7x2) with full selvedge, important variety Double perfs at base affecting only the lower right five units and the selvedge (several reinforcements). Several units show ink blotches in the white areas around Queen's head, one unit with a closed puncture. As normal stamps cat £140 (local retail $210). Interesting.
