Folded letter with red "Campbelltown, Post Paid" boxed handstamp and "Campbelltown, New South Wales, Sp 6, 1848" origin backstamp, manuscript "6" for ½oz rate between ports and "10" rate for 3d ship + 7d overland rates, red Sydney ship letter and South Australia G.P.O. transit postmarks; some light fold splitting, Very Fine.

Manuscript O.H.M.S. cover initially franked with Victoria 4d dull rose (S.G. 52) tied by "44" barred circle handstamp, with "Detained For Postage" boxed handstamp alongside, stamp torn off and refranked with second 4d, origin postmarks on front and Melbourne transit on reverse; couple cover age spots, otherwise Very Fine.
