**Lebanon stamps. 1943 Medical Congress 50P air stamp unoverprinted and perforated 10½ with mirror print. This issued was printed in ofset but in this case the stamp was printed directly by the cylindrical negative matrix in copper, rather than from the face of the rubber cylinder that imported this "in positive" image from the cylinder in copper. Only one sheet recorded by Kaczmarczyk in its book and very few specimens perforated. Signed P....
