OPENED UNDER MARTIAL LAW” pink censor label, adjacent "RETURNED LETTER OFFICE NATAL 6 3 00", boxed violet "STOPPED BY CENSOR/RETURN TO SENDER" and blue framed “Retourne a lenvoveur / levovide ao remettente”. A fine and rare cover during the Boer War.
