Reverse bears Cardiff c.d.s. for 11th Jan 1845, transit via London with PAID tombstone mark, then 1s (red m/s) for payment in cash from UK and a 52 cent rate upon arrival in the US, obverse bears 'Boston/SHIP/FEB 2?' circular mark in red.
