Mexico, 1856, 4r red, Guanajuato. In combination with 1856, 1r yellow + 2r yellow green, Guanajuato on folded letter sheet to Guadalajara, all tied by two light strikes of 1856 Guanajuato cds's (Schatzkes 476); missing bottom flap, Very Fine, an attractive and scarce three-color franking.

Mexico, 1861, 4r black on yellow, diagonal bisect, San Luis Potosi. In combination with 1861, 1r black on green, on 1862 folded letter to Guadalajara, all tied by San Luis Potosi cds's (Schatzkes 1443), Very Fine and choice, less than 10 combinations are listed in the Schimmer census, ex Schwabe, signed Calves, with 2007 Jaretzky, 2008 Scheller and 2010 MEPSI certificates.

Mexico, 1861, 4r dull rose on yellow, vertical bisect, Puebla. Right half with full margins, tied by neat Puebla two-line handstamp (Schatzkes 1153) on 1861 folded letter sheet; light file folds, otherwise Very Fine, only 13 full covers were listed in the Schimmer census, with 2007 MEPSI certificate.

Mexico, 1861, 8r black on red brown, Colima. Huge margins, tied on piece in combination with 1861, 1r black on green by perfect strike of Colima oval date stamp (Schatzkes 179), both stamps with natural pre-printing paper folds, Extremely Fine, only 500 stamps sent, with 2011 MEPSI certificate.

Mexico, 1861, 8r black on red brown, triangular quadrisect, Oaxaca. Tied on 1861 folded letter to Tuxtla by Tehuantepec boxed date stamp cancel (Schatzkes 1070); minor tone spots along cover folds, Very Fine, one of only 4 known cut as a triangle, with 1979 and 1994 MEPSI certificates.

Mexico, 1864-66, ½r lilac (Guadalajara), two pairs. Cons 24-1865 with cons 23-1865 error on right stamp in first pair, Zapotlan overprint, all sub. 23, tied by Franco en Zapotlan two-line postmarks (Schatzkes 441) on cover to Guadalajara, Very Fine, a rare multiple usage of the ½r Eagle issue.

Cons 8-1865, sub 12, tied by Tepeaca oval cancels (Schatzkes 1239) on 1865 cover front to Huamantla, with additional strikes at corners, manuscript dated above stamps; scissor separations in margins at top and vertical file fold affecting left stamp, otherwise Very Fine, the only existing stamps from the subconsignment of 60 stamps, with 2011 MEPSI certificate....

Mexico, 1868, 100c Brown on Brownish, Printed on Both Sides, Acapulco. Perf'd, 25-68, no district name, Acapulco oval cancel (Schatzkes 4); 4mm scissor cut at left, otherwise Very Fine, only the 100c brown on brown is recorded printed on both sides, with 2002 MEPSI certificate.
