1891 Official Mail from Hsinchu Telegraph Branch to Taiwan Telegraph General Office at Taipei,sent from “Chuchien”, bearing one Taiwan Official Postal Stamp affixed at upper right. The official form is printed with blue ornamental frame, showing accounting notations in red and black inks with manuscript date fully filled in, complete in format. Very rare.

1891年新竹電報分局寄台北電報總局官封，自「竹塹」發出，右上貼臺灣公文用站票一枚，公文封套為藍色方框印製，內書紅黑兩色會計批註與手填日期，格式齊全。罕見...
