GJ.35, 1c. Liberty Head franking ALONE a REGISTERED cover sent from Buenos Aires to San Juan in MAR/1910, with arrival backstamp. It is a large cover and probably heavy, and it is an evidence that in this period the postal rates for official mail were not respected and using any low franking was enough for the letter to be delivered.
