CHILE. 1844 (28 Mayo). VALPARAISO a BURDEOS. Circulada vía Panamá a través del Cónsul francés en Valparaiso. Fechador Consular PANAMA/* en rojo. Carta reexpedida en el interior de Francia. Interesante texto haciendo mención del Cónsul francés en Valparaiso para encaminar la carta vía Panamá a Buenos Aires.

CHILE. 1848 (30 Abril). SANTIAGO a BORDEAUX. Marcas SANTIAGO/DE CHILE y FRANCA en rojo. Circulada via Panamá donde se le aplicó la marca TRANSIT en negro, marca de intercambio COLONIES/ART. 13 y tasa de ´20´ décimas. Esta marca se aplicaba a las cartas que llegaban con retraso y las sacas del correo estaban ya cerradas. RARISMA, sólo 5 cartas conocidas.

CHILE. 1853 (14 Oct.). SANTIAGO a GENSAL (Francia). Circulada vía Panamá y Londres en los buques, ´Santiago´ hasta Panamá y desde allí a Southampton por el ´Teviot´. Marca CHARGE/D´OFFICE en rojo, estampada en París por las autoridades postales por transportar la carta una moneda de oro (como confirma el texto interior ´Comme Delphine envoie une petite piece d´or a Alfred, j´en envoie une a Odon...). RARÍSIMA y única conocida en carta...

Consul Panama´ y ´Paid´ (correspondiente al porte de 20 cts. de P.S.N.C.). A la llegada tasada con 10 ctvos. para el pago del porte marítimo en U.S. MUY RARA. Cert. B. MOORHOUSE.

Indicación manuscrita ´POO-TOO (Chusan) 20 JUIN 77´ (Monasterio de la isla de Chusan). RARISIMA, probablemente única conocida con este origen.
