A specialised auction of nearly 1,500 lots, including the fine collection formed by the late Dennis Clarke, the balance of the collection formed by the late Michael Ensor, the Graham Winters FRPSL collection of Queen Victoria period Ceylon with scarce covers from the decimal period 1872–1904, the fascinating collection of the Second Anglo-Boer War 1899–1902 formed by Dr Guy Leroux, the W.E.J. ‘John’ Major collection of Hong Kong, and rarities from Saint Helena, Tristan da Cunha and other countries
