Egypt Italian office, mixed stamps use on folded entire sent from Cairo on 4/10/1867 to Venezia, Italy. Endorsed "Col vap. Italiano", franked 1 piaster Penasson issue, cancelled "Poste Vice-Reali Egiziane Cairo" and 60ct DLR stamps (Sassone n L21) cancelled by numeral obliterator 234 tied "Alessandria D'Egitto Poste Italiane 5 Ott 67". Transit cds Brindisi (9/10/67) and arrive, Venezia 10 OTT 67 on reverse. RARE.
