This essay was submitted by the Casa de Moneda to the Post´s technical staff when the introduction of automatic postage vending machines was under consideration. Ultimately they were not adopted. Printed on paper without gum and rouletted. Only a few examples are known, all originating from a former postal service official who rescued them...
