Russian 7k. stationery envelope uprated with 13k., sent by registered mail from RIGA to Switzerland on 10/DE/1916, with interesting postal marks on front and back. It also bears on back a registration label of Riga Nº139 and another one overlapping of YALTA. It arrival in Neuchatel on 18/MAR/1917, very interesting!
