Disallowed Printed Matter. 1871-1958 Entire letters, covers and cards (8) and a piece all franked at the printed matter rate but sealed so charged as letters, including 1871-72 entire letters franked 1/2d with red boxed "CLOSED AGAINST / INSPECTION" or similar black handstamp with "W.C" district initials, and various later "closed" handstamps, one incorrectly used on a postcard. (9).
