Used with 1¢ yellow (74), block of four and single, all tied by magenta "Honolulu, Hawaii, Dec 2 1895" cds on 10¢ black (U13) entire to Portland Ore., matching magenta "A.R." and "R" registry handstamps, reverse with Victoria B.C. (12.10) and Seattle (12.11) transits, and Portland (12.12) arrival cds, fresh and Extremely Fine.
