1912 KGV 1d, 2d, 2 1/2d and 3d each handstamped violet "COLONIAS", affixed to pieces of ledger paper. Applied at Lisbon to stamps received as Specimens from the U.P.U at Berne for distribution to the Portuguese Colonies. Minor staining, a scarce group, Colonias handstamps rarely seen on G.B. (4). 1929 PUC 1d, L29 and K29 control blocks of six, both with the broken wreath variety on the upper right stamp, L29 lightly mounted on the upper centre stamp only leaving the variety unmounted, K29 unmounted mint, two fine blocks. (2). Photo on Page 9.

1931-37 Air mail covers from London to Australia, one registered bearing 1/2d, 5d and 1918-19 2/6, the others with 1934 re-engraved 2/6 and 5/- or 1934 re-engraved 2/6 and 5/- + 1934-36 3d and 1/-, a few faults, three high frankings. (3).

1935 Piece from a parcel of cine film sent by air mail from London to Australia, franked 3d, 1/- and 1934 re-engraved 2/6 and 10/- (8, with three pairs), most stamps with faults, nevertheless a very unusual £4.3.9 rate.
