Bisected Postage Due. 1921 1d Postcard from Hampstead, a 1d charge mark applied, collected with a diagonally bisected 2d postage due stamp tied by West Kensington c.d.s (Dec. 29). A few very minor stains, otherwise fine and rare, believed to be the only recorded 2d bisect at West Kensington on this day, although another 2d bisected is recorded on 2nd January 1922, and this office also bisected 2d dues on one occasion in June 1921.
