84 (117) 1887 2¢ on 13¢ slate Q Victoria^ surcharged SG Type 31 in red, local printing, as there was little call for this provisional, only 100 were sold over the Post Office counter, such few used examples as exist emanated from these sales, the mint balance of the issue was later sold by the Crown Agents to dealers in London, a substantial used rarity, lightly canceled, F-VF, with RPSL certificate
