Wrapper of 1c. (GJ.FAJ-2) sent from Buenos Aires to France on 11/SE/1883 without additional postage and charged. On arrival in Paris it received a 5c. postage due stamp, but the letter was rejected and so the stamp was cancelled and partially removed, very attractive!
