Yvert 417/425, unissued set for the U.P.A.E. Congress, without the overprint of the Highway Congress, the 9 values in the blocks of 4, MNH (3 or 4 stamps with a minor stain spot, in general of excellent quality), with guarantee marks of J. Cáceres P. on back, very rare and much more in blocks!

AREQUIPA: 1884 Coat of arms 5c. blue with "AREQUIPA" overprint between 2 circles, franking a cover sent to France, with straightline cancel "ARE (QUIPA)", on back there is a transit mark of Callao 27/FE/1884 and Paris arrival of 12/MAR. The postage was insufficient (it was 11 cents), so it received the due mark "T" inside double circle and on arrival in France it received a postage due stamp of 60c. Entire letter dated 12/MAY/1863 sent to PRESIDENT Pedro Diez Canseco, with "2" rating in pen and straightline CAXAMARCA mark (51 x 6 mm) in BLACK (Colareta 1) perfectly applied. The long text is very interesting, about the request of a former soldier to be called again to the Gendarmerie ranks, excellent quality, rare!

Entire letter sent from Lima to Valparaíso on 9/OC/1851 by steamer "Bolivia", with the mark "CALLAO - VAPOR" perfectly applied, excellent quality!

27/JUL/1866 Lima to France, entire letter franked with a stamp of 1d. red (Sc.12) with datestamp of Lima, sent by English mail with several markings on front, and arrival datestamp of Paris on back, excellent quality!

Folded cover sent from Guañape to Lima on 3/SE/1870, franked with a stamp of 1d. green (Sc.14) with the rare "YGUAÑAPE" cancel between two ovals, blue, and arrival backstamp of Lima 5/SE, excellent quality, rare!

Entire letter dated Iquique 15/JUN/1878 and sent to Valparaiso franked with 10c. (Sc.17), with a 2-line "YQUIQUE - FRANCA" cancel, very attractive, ex-Herbert Moll

CIVIL WAR: Cover sent from Mollendo to Lima, due to the lack of stamps it received the mark "FRANCA" and the hand-written "Franco" and signed by the Postmaster, on back there is an arrival mark of Lima 13/JUN/1885, excellent quality, very rare, ex-Herbert Moll.

Cover sent from Callao to New York, sent after hours to Payta from where it was carried on a steamship to destination. It bears the corresponding postage of 11c. with a spectacular large oval cancel: "FUERA DE BALIJA / CALLAO - PERU", on back transit mark of Payta for 14/NO/1895 and arrival of el 2/DE, very fine quality, rare!
